J. BERT MACDONALD BUILDING 10 Berts Drive In their book "The Little Dutch Village", Devonna and Don Edwards write that this building, the former MacDonald Warehouse, is the oldest building in Fairview at over two hundred years old:    "the large red warehouse was originally a small barn located in Halifax. It was moved years ago to Fairview and an addition was constructed to accomodate an office"   The building was demolished today, August 9, 2007.
